- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, or misrepresentation
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or unlawful discrimination
- Use of the service to distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempts to bypass platform safeguards, rate limits, or compliance controls
- Use of the service in violation of messaging, payment, carrier, or app store requirements
Enforcement
Handshake may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access or content at its discretion to protect the service, users, partners, and third-party providers.
DMCA and Content Complaints
Copyright complaints, content complaints, and other legal notices may be submitted through the support contact listed on the Support page. Handshake may remove or disable access to content or accounts in response to facially valid notices or platform risk concerns.
